Some of these scribbles are copied from other artist's sketches. For learning purposes, copying the work of artists that you admire is an extremely beneficial exercise. This top image is not copied, the others are a blend of copied and not, and I decided to try different expressions with this one random face. Personality expressiveness and consistency are key in comics work, so this exercise helps greatly with that.
